Their produce is ultra-fresh, with meat and fish sustainably sourced, RSPCA approved and British wherever possible. They split our deliveries into twice-weekly drops, to ensure optimum freshness.

Health
Lions Prep believe that you can’t be your best self without a balanced diet, so all meals are designed with complete nutrition in mind. Plans allow you to select either a weight loss or maintaining goal, and to determine how active you are so meals cam be adjusted accordingly.
Their model is based on the perfect balance between protein, veg and carbs (they also offer low-carb alternatives). They are also currently moving towards a completely dairy and gluten-free menu and hope to have completed the move by January 2021.
Convenience
All meals are delivered to the door in individual portions and are ready in three minutes or less. It’s so easy. Simply follow the re-heating instructions on the packaging, grab a fork and get stuck in!
Sustainability
Lions Prep are working hard to make tbeir business as sustainable as possible. Their service naturally reduces food waste, and they have upgraded all packaging so that everything is either recycled or reused. Meal pots are fully compostable, and tbey offer a return and reuse service for lids and box insulation.
